Twitter and Other Things

That's where we post pressing news and updates, especially for our ongoing "What Evil Lurks" contest that ends tonight! (Yes, it ends tonight, which leads me to the next topic of discussion.)
A couple of contestants recently pulled their entries from FF.net stating that some people have been saying the contest is over. This is NOT true! We've been posting a winner every night except for Thanksgiving weekend (due to the fact that it was a busy holiday) and resumed last night.
If people have been saying this, please stop. And if you are unsure EMAIL us. Seriously, it is very frustrating to hold a contest only to have people pull entries due to information passed through the grapevine and not double checking with the mods.
Tonight is the big reveal for the grand winner!!! Check our twitter!!! The site will be updated shortly after!!!

"What Evil Lurks"
The Bitten by Fantasy girls want you to visit the land of darkness and terror. Write us a one-shot placing our beloved characters (or even the beloved minor characters) in a gruesome, mind-bending, nightmare-inducing horror story. We want it dark, gruesome, and scary. You can use any scary person, creature, or thing. If you must have fluff, mind this quote from Mimi: "Fluff is okay, as long as it doesn't take over the story." That means, you can have fluffy moments, you need them sometimes, yeah? But don't overdo it to where it isn't a horror story any more!! We want you to make it so that we are unable to sleep at night after reading! (YIKES!) Also, lemons are allowed, but please note-- they are not necessary. I mean, sex isn't scary... well... *giggles* maybe certain types of it are... *cackles wickedly* But not the kind of scary we're looking for!
